Archangels

Raphael is considered regent of the sun, a chief of the order of virtues, governor of the south, guardian of the west, ruling prince of the second heaven, guardian of The Tree of Life in the garden of Eden. He belongs to the order of cherubim, the dominions,and the powers.

He is the Angel of Healing and gives the gifts of joy, love, grace, creativity and self motivation. Raphael heals us by restoring us to perfect order through connecting us with the power of Divine love.
Raphael's energy to us is soft and enveloping and balm-like. It feels cleansing and clarifying as well as nurturing and healing, and although it is very gentle it is amazingly powerful. Raphael's main attribute that we associate him with is, of course, healing and he is charged with healing both planet Earth as well as all of her people. For us this is not limited to our bodies only. He is the true holistic healer who recognises that our feelings, thoughts, emotions, situations and how connected we are to God (and our Life purpose) all contribute to our health, or lack of it. He also can be called upon for healing of the animal and plant kingdom. As a part of his role is for healing humanity, he is also responsible for healing between nations. He also supports doctors and healers and the healing sciences and therapies.

The name means "he who is like God".

Michael was the angel that Moses communicated with in the burning bush and who saved Daniel from the lion's den.The conqueror of Satan, he is also to be the one who gently leads our souls to heaven as he is the angel of repentance and deliverance.

Angel of Miracles, Michael is an archangel who strengthens the spirit during difficult times or dangerous situations.He inspires truth, patience and love in the human heart.When we are fearful, he comes to dissolve doubt and fear, and gently teaches us how to understand and work with the basic theme of this world - that of duality and the battle between darkness and Light. He is one of the guardians of karma, and can also help us to work with and clear any karma or karmic entanglements we have with each other. In his work with us on the first ray he wants us to develop our own strength and willpower and to both recognise, accept and integrate our shadow aspects. In our daily and Spiritual lives he gives us the strength to stand up and fight for what is Right and recognise the light and our own Truths and stand up for them.

He is the chief in the order of Seraphim and the order of the Cherubim. The doorkeeper who stands at the Gate to the Garden of Eden with a fiery sword in his hand.

Uriel is the angel of enlightenment and the upholder of moral teaching, the angel of literature and music and also sexuality, he grants the gifts of art and prophecy inspiring clairvoyant and psychic abilities.
Uriel will miss nothing, and is a steadfast doorkeeper. His energy is endless, he will always "tell it like it is" talk to him when you feel you need some clarity on a situation.
He watches over our body and aims to keep our body, mind and soul in harmony. He knows what our own personal divine blueprints are, and works to ensure that these remain true, encouraging us to listen to our body's wisdom. He supports us in our healing and in corrects any variations we have made which cause us to to stray from ours life's path and gently guides us back.One of Uriel's tasks is to set us into motion and help direct our strengths at a particular goal. If we are to succeed in something, we stand the best chance of success if our project is built on very strong foundations and organised and planned in the optimal way. Uriel takes us through the stages and supports us in developing and understanding the true nature and effect of what we create.

Archangels are the most powerful of the Angels and are messengers from god, they are in command of the other angels, they also represent an aspect of divinity.
Michael, Gabriel and Raphael and Uriel are the principles.
Traditionally, the four principal Archangels were associated with the four directions:
Raphael-East, Michael-South, Gabriel-West and Uriel to the North.

The name Gabriel means "strength of God."

Angelic messenger Gabriel is an archangel and one of the two highest ranking angels in Judeo-Christian and Islamic lore.
He is the angel who appeared to Mary and foretold the conception and birth of Jesus Christ and represents female power and fertility.
He is the messenger of divine comfort and news, he fosters joy, truth, justice and love and grants wisdom in interpreting dreams.

He ignites the flame that dwells in each of us, which is our divine spark or our inner Light, and then as we respond to our own spirituality he helps us to move forward using our past experiences, and supports our Inner Knowing on the path we have chosen to take in this lifetime. On our way he also gives us the strength to accept and live with the changes we may have to go through, which may not always be pleasant or very comfortable. He always tries to encourage us by giving us a sight of the good things to come at any times of change in our dreams.
